Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Welcome to Crochet Craft. These terms explain a few important things about shopping on our website and using our digital crochet patterns. We have tried to keep them simple and easy to read.
What we sell
Crochet Craft sells digital crochet patterns, usually as PDF downloads. You are purchasing instructions to make a project, not a finished handmade item. Please read the product description before ordering so you know which files, techniques, and materials are included.
Some projects may use both crochet and knitting. The skill level, yarn, tools, and finished result can vary from pattern to pattern.
Orders and downloads
Prices are shown at checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed and the order is ready, you can access your purchased files through the download link provided with your order. If you have an account, your downloads may also be available there.
If a link is missing or a file will not open, please contact us with your order number and we will help.
Using our patterns
Your purchase gives you permission to use the digital pattern for your own crafting. Please do not share, copy for redistribution, resell, upload, or republish the PDF or its instructions.
If you plan to sell items made from a pattern, check the permissions stated on that product page or ask us first. Buying a PDF does not transfer ownership of the pattern or the artwork.
Refunds and problems
Because these are digital files, they cannot be physically returned. If you receive the wrong file, have trouble accessing a download, or find a problem with a purchase, please get in touch. We will look into it and work toward a fair solution.
Refunds and cancellation rights are handled according to applicable consumer laws. Nothing on this page removes rights you may have under those laws.
Pattern details
We try to keep descriptions and instructions clear and accurate. Handmade results can look different depending on yarn, tools, tension, and experience. If we discover a mistake, we may correct or update the file.
Using this website
Please use Crochet Craft respectfully and do not try to interfere with the website, its downloads, or other customers. We may update our products and website from time to time.
Privacy
How we handle customer information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website or the way we sell products changes. The date at the top will show the latest update. Changes will not take away rights that already apply to your purchases.
